EdgeTAM is Meta's small take on Segment Anything 2, built to run on a phone. It reads the photo once; after that each tap only runs a tiny decoder, so taps come back fast. With a mouse, it shows what it would pick before you click.
Tap more spots to add to the cut-out. Long-press, right-click or switch to Remove to take a part away. Save PNG gives you a transparent sprite cropped to the object, ready for a game or a VR scene. You can also drop or paste a photo anywhere.
Runs on your device. Your photos are never uploaded. The samples are from my own projects. Only the image half of the model is used here, not its video tracking.
